The Land Lord is responsible for the catering and the renting out of the Hall of Mirrors/Foyer/Cellar at the Palais Prinz Carl, (Based on the contract between the city of Heidelberg and herself).

At concerts and conference banquets with food and beverages the whole catering has to be booked by the Land Lord exclusively.

Technology, (If needed), must be rented separately by the Land Lord.

Banquets are booked from a minimun of 50 covers onwards. Less covers are charged.

With signing of the contract a deposit of at least 50% is due immediately. The final bill must be paid directlyupon receipt and without "Negotiation or Withdrawal".

The number of guests must be determined 4 days prior to the event. The final bill will be based on this information.

If there is a long waiting period prior to the menu being serverd, we allow ourselves the liberty to charge for the time period that the staff is waiting.

The Land Lord will leave the rooms to the customer/renter for the named use in its "Present state". The customer/renter must inspect the rooms prior to the event to claim any and all defects.

The customer/renter is liable for all installations and furniture, to include eventual damage the clients/guests may cause. The Juliane Wasser GmbH is not liable for items removed or stolen from the premisses.

All "Magisterially Permissions" required for the event must be obtained prior to the event, and the GEMA-obligations must be indicated in time.

In the event of cancellations, the customer/renter must forfeit the following:
- more than 28 days bevor the event - 30% of the contract volume plus rental fee
- less than 28 days bevor the event - 50% of the contract volume plus rental fee
- less than 14 Tage bevor the event - 75% of the contract volume plus rental fee
- less than 7 Tage bevor the event - 100% of the contract volume plus rental fee
